The Erie Township Police Department is now accepting applications for part-time and full-time Police Officers positions. Full-time applicants must be available to work 40 or more hours a week, which may consist of all shifts including weekends & holidays.

Position Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Currently certified by Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES)
• Preferred five years of law enforcement experience
• Pass an oral interview(s), comprehensive background investigation, medical exam, and psychological evaluation.
• Possess a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with having a satisfactory driving record.
