Erie Township Job Openings
The Erie Township Police Department is now accepting applications for part-time and full-time Police Officers positions. Full-time applicants must be available to work 40 or more hours a week, which may consist of all shifts including weekends & holidays.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Currently certified by Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES)
- Preferred five years of law enforcement experience
- Pass an oral interview(s), comprehensive background investigation, medical exam, and psychological evaluation.
- Possess a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with having a satisfactory driving record.

Applications are available online or for pick up at the Erie Township Hall, 2065 Erie Rd. Erie, MI 48133. Business hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Deadline to submit applications is no later than 4:00 p.m on Friday, August 2, 2019, at the office of the Township Clerk.
