Thomas Moore, Monroe’s Director of Player Safety, was given the honor of being POAM’s Administrator of the Year for 2012. This award is given annually at the POAM Annual Convention and according to POAM Director of Member Services Ed Jacques, is given to a a police official who has shown excellent leadership skills, the ability to improve department morale and has initiated innovative programs to benefit the citizens in their community.
