In 2016, POAM first endorsed Donald Trump for the presidential election. Now, in the midst of a rapidly changing political landscape, it’s imperative for organizations representing law enforcement to endorse candidates who prioritize safety, security, and the well-being of communities. POAM has carefully considered the qualities needed in a leader to address the challenges facing our nation. After thorough evaluation, we proudly endorse Donald J. Trump for the 2024 Presidential Election.
POAM President Jim Tignanelli asked Donald Trump if he would accept the endorsement of POAM on behalf of 12,000 officers. He graciously accepted the endorsement and is proud to be backed by our Michigan police officers.
