The Police Officers Association of Michigan invites you to attend the 2024 POAM Annual Convention on Wednesday, May 22nd, through Friday, May 24th, at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, MI. We’re excited to host our fellow law enforcement community for professional networking, entertainment, and a great time. This post will include hotel booking information, the agenda itinerary, and imperative notifications.

- Time: 8 p.m. – midnight
- Cost: $25/person (pre-registered), or $50/door
Thursday, May 23rd
Business Meeting
- Registration: 11 a.m.; Meeting Call to Order: Noon
- Business attire
Cocktail Reception
- Time: 7 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Cost: $40/person, pre-registered, or $80/door

2024 POLICE OFFICER OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS
Additionally, the 2024 POAM Officer of the Year Award nominations are open!
Each year, POAM honors police officers who courageously and dutifully handle less-than-ideal circumstances as part of their duty. The true nature of a human comes to the surface during these situations. We believe bravery is required to act honorably throughout these situations and should be acknowledged and rewarded.
