Whether you are a union negotiator, or simply want a better understanding of this important process, this two-session course provides practical skills andknowledge about preparing the union for collective bargaining and negotiating a labor agreement.  Who should attend?  Union advocates who have responsibility for bargaing as well as those who would like to understand more abour the collective bargaining process.

Our inteactive workshops are fun and informative, and you will meet other union advocates from around the metro area.  Lunch for the Saturday classes will be on your own – there are several fast food locations near our classroom.
