Ed Jacques has been affiliated with POAM for over 30 years, the first 20 as the publisher of the Law Enforcement Journal and acting as its primary Fundraiser, specializing in political action and commercial programs.
Mr. Jacques’s extensive marketing and entrepreneurial experience have translated into the successful implementation of new and improved services that directly benefit members. His responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruiting new members, editor and publisher of the Law Enforcement Journal, website supervisor, fundraising director, legislative assistant, as well as manager of all marketing and affinity programs. Ed has been directed to assist all local POAM leaders and members on any and all issues outside of negotiating or enforcing their collective bargaining agreements.
