We are proud to introduce Austin Sadler, a POAM fitness partner helping law enforcement professionals improve strength, conditioning, and job performance. Austin is a Michigan-based strength and conditioning coach who has dedicated his career to helping elite and everyday athletes move better, get stronger, and perform with confidence.
He currently leads physical preparation for the Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club, where he designs progressive training systems, oversees sports-science monitoring, and reinforces daily habits that translate to game-day results. His background spans the OHL, NCAA Division I programs, and private training, giving him a rare, 360-degree view of what it takes to build durable, high-performing bodies.
