This fight won’t ever be over as long as republicans keep getting elected They claim to be pro Law Enforcement but their actions tell us very loud and clear they don’t care at all about us. Kudos and many thanks to POAM for leading the charge to protect the benefits that management signed a contract to provide.

The GOP is not a friend to cops. They use us , they proclaim how they support us to make the public at large feel safe. After they win votes this way they discard us like last week’s trash . I agree no more money or support for the GOP

Thank You Ken Grabowski and all POAM supporters that worked tirelessly on supporting our need for our benefits. I am sure that Council as well did a fabulous job. Thanks again for the superior work.

To POAM and Mr. Grabowski,

Thank you all for your HARD WORK in preserving our benefits.
Regarding Mr. McLaren’s post dated January 15, 2018 at 3:06 PM, I am in full agreement with him. The Republican party ESPECIALLY Senate Majority Arlan Meekoff (supported by the DeVoss family) are the leaders of deconstructing unions.

WE MUST REMAIN VIGILANT IN 2018 BECAUSE I BELIEVER MR. MEEKOFF (WHO RESIDES IN WEST OLIVE) WILL TRY AGAIN.

Sincerely,

Charlie Coman (retired)

I hope that all of the active & retired officers who are/were POAM members read this very carefully, and conclude, as I have, that our collective blind support for the Michigan GOP must end. Immediately. I’m guilty of it myself. Sadly, the Michigan GOP wants to break ALL unions, including ours, and we’re fostering the opportunity for them to do it. All of the gains that we’ve all made are in peril now, and forevermore, due to their actions.
