Law Enforcement Legislative Updates The House Overwhelmingly Passed HB 5097 97-12

On Wednesday, Representative Walsh’s HB 5097 which fixes PA 54 passed the House with a resounding 97-12 vote. The bill goes to the Senate where quick action is expected next week, then onto the Governor for his signature. As you’ll recall, this fix is a long-standing commitment by the Governor, one he made at our convention in 2012.
