MICHIGAN’S 2024 GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS
On November 5th, Michigan’s General Election was held for President, U.S. Senate, all 13 MI Congressional seats, all 110 State House seats, and many state and local government races.
Highlighted in BLUE are the winners of each race as they currently stand. Results are unofficial until approved by the State Board of Canvassers.
- Starting in January, Republicans will control the MI House 58-52 after flipping the 27th, 44th, 58th, and 109th districts.
- Next to each Incumbent’s name and the returning candidate’s name will be a number in parentheses, signifying the number of years the incumbent has previously served. An individual can serve up to 12 years between the Michigan House and Senate.
- Open seats, those where incumbents are not running due to term limits or retirements, are denoted and contain the name of the outgoing member.
