Front Line First Responders Meet Governor

On Monday, April 20th, Governor Gretchen Whitmer requested to speak with front line first responders who are actually working the streets on a daily basis.

The small group, who expressed their concerns and needs from first responders, included Reginald Crawford, Wayne County Deputy Sheriffs Association President and a POAM board member, and Gary Lowe, Washtenaw County Deputy Sheriffs President/POAM leadership board member. Both officers are actively working on the hazards of the law enforcement profession. Both also are experiencing the difficulties of this pandemic.

Our views were expressed to the Governor.
