Isabella County Sheriff’s Office is hiring a full-time Corrections Deputy to join their department. The appointed Corrections Deputy will serve the citizens of Isabella County and is assigned to the Corrections Division by the Sheriff. Additionally, they will participate in the daily functions of the correctional facility, supervise, and maintain the safety, security, and proper care of incarcerated inmates. Opportunities for the position include: Transport Deputy, Marine Patrol Deputy, and Training Instructor.

This is an in-person job listing with a starting pay of $21.15 per hour.
Isabella County Corrections Deputy Position Requirements
The Department is seeking candidates with the following requirements:
- 18 years or older
- No felony convictions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a written, physical, psychological, and drug test
- Be able to possess or acquire the required certifications
