On May 20 – 22, 2026, the Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM) will hold its 2025 Annual Convention at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids. This event will have more than five hundred members in attendance, most of whom hold leadership positions on their local executive boards.           • Your organization can provide us with at least 500 quality cloth-type bags with your company logo affixed. These bags would be provided to every convention attendee at registration.
            • POAM must preapprove the bag and artwork.

          • Your organization can provide us with a minimum of 500 identical items to promote your products or services. These items will be provided to our attendees when they arrive and check in at registration. The items must be delivered to the address below and received by May 1, 2026

          REGISTER FOR OTHER ANNUAL CONVENTION EVENTS

          Exhibitors are welcome to register, at an additional fee, for some of the convention’s other activities.

          • Wednesday, May 20th: A hospitality event begins at 10 p.m., which offers an open bar, casual late-night food, and an opportunity to meet our delegates as they return from a members-only event.
            • Cost: $25 per person (pre-registered), or $50/door
          • Thursday, May 21st: The Roll Call Wrap Up begins at 7 p.m., which includes a live band, dinner, and door prizes.
            • Cost: $60 per person
          • Friday, May 22nd: The morning golf outing begins at 9 a.m. and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and a round of golf with a cart. Registration for the golf will be directly with the golf course.
