The Police Officers Association of Michigan invites you to invest in your leadership journey with Leadership Essentials, a transformative 2-day course hosted by the West Bloomfield Police Department and brought to you by OnSite+ and Virtual Academy. Join a 24-hour hybrid program (16 hours in-person + 8 hours online) that equips first line leadership and public safety officials with the essential skills to lead with confidence, clarity, and effectiveness. Through a blend of practical instruction and real-world application, participants will emerge with tools to enhance decision-making, foster stronger relationships, and advance their careers.
