Wayne County Vote
MERC has counted the ballots and POAM won a resounding victory, securing 75% of the ballots cast. However, SEIU has not yet withdrawn it’s bogus unfair labor practice charge against the county. Official certification will not take place until that issue goes away. SEIU must present or withdraw it’s case on December 19. I will keep you posted

I WISH SEIU WOULD JUST STOP THE BULL SO A REAL POLICE UNION CAN TAKE OVER.

Briefs have been filed with the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. Hopefully we will have a decision within the next few weeks.
