		<description>I think this is very important information for all officers to know. It only takes a split second for you to respond as a officer in any type of dangerous situation. One thing in mind, we all want to go home to our love ones. Let us not have that bad guy make the decision if we go home or not. WE need to all ways have the upper hand as long as it is JUSTIFIED and worry about every thing else later.</description>
